For over 100 years the Free Methodist Church has been a presence in Dansville. God has used this church building & the people who built it, maintained it, and still continue to use it for mighty things.
On Saturday August 9th we hosted a festival. The day was filled with games, music, free hotdogs and water, a bounce house & dunk tank. We had themed areas dedicated to the passage of time; from the 1920's to the here and now.
Then on Sunday August 10th we had a special worship service singing the songs of the church throughout the decades, and a good old fashion church dinner afterwards. Then, if that wasn't enough, after the dinner singer & songwriter Jim Anderton performed a free concert.
It was a joyous occasion for all who came and participated in the events. God has, is, and will continue to use this church to bring his glory to the community & and beautiful surrounding areas of Dansville.
